Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites and forms operated by B.A.G.E. AI L.L.C. under the ACBOOKED brand. By using them, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We are not a heating, ventilation or air conditioning contractor. We do not perform, supervise or warrant any work at your property.

What we do is take your request, confirm the details with you, and arrange an appointment with an independent contractor who does that work. Any quote, agreement, price, workmanship, warranty, permit and payment is strictly between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it, and we do not act as their agent for the purposes of that agreement.

We do not guarantee that a contractor will accept your request, attend at a particular time, offer any particular price, or that any work will be performed.

• Give accurate information, including a phone number you actually control.
• Only request an appointment for a property you own or are otherwise authorized to arrange work for.
• Be 18 or older.

If you give consent on one of our forms, we and the contractor named on that form may send you text messages about your request — confirmations, scheduling and reminders.

• Message frequency varies with the progress of your request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the address below.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls may be placed using automated or artificial (AI-generated) voice technology, and are disclosed as such at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed; you are told this at the start of the call. See our Privacy Policy for how those recordings are used.

The content, design and marks on these pages belong to B.A.G.E. AI L.L.C. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B.A.G.E. AI L.L.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the service or out of any work performed by a contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold B.A.G.E. AI L.L.C. harmless from any claim arising out of information you submitted that was inaccurate, or out of a request you were not authorized to make.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
