Privacy Policy

ACBOOKED is a brand of B.A.G.E. AI L.L.C.(“we”, “us”). We generate and qualify appointment requests for heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors in the United States.

When you submit a form on one of our pages, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, and the details of the work you are asking about — for example the age and type of your system, whether you own the property, and when you would like the work done.

We also record technical information your browser sends automatically: IP address, user agent, referring page, and timestamps. When you submit a form we store the exact consent language shown to you at that moment, together with the time and IP address of the submission, so that both sides can later establish what was agreed.

To respond to your request. That means contacting you to confirm the details, and — if your request matches what the contractor offers — scheduling an appointment and passing your request to that contractor so they can carry out the work.

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the contractor named on that form may contact you at the phone number you provide — by phone call, including calls placed using automated or artificial (AI-generated) voice technology, and by text message.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You may also ask us to stop calling at any time, by telling the caller or by writing to info@acbooked.com.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that receive your number are the contractor you asked us to contact on your behalf, and the service providers that carry the message for us (see below).

We contact you only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

Calls to and from us may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, for training, and so that the contractor can see what was discussed before the appointment. You are told at the start of the call that it is being recorded. If you do not want the call recorded, tell us and we will stop the recording or end the call.

• The contractor you asked about. Your name, contact details, service address and the answers you gave are passed to that contractor so they can attend the appointment. From that point the contractor is responsible for the data it holds, under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers that work for us. Hosting, database, email, telephony and text messaging providers, and the calendar system the appointment is written into. They may process your data only on our instructions and only to provide that service.
• Where the law requires it. To comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep request and appointment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Records of your consent to be contacted, and of any opt-out, are kept for at least five years, because both may need to be produced in the event of a dispute.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain uses. Residents of California, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under those laws.

To exercise any of them, write to info@acbooked.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
